The next stage is planning, where they look at what they can bring it and how they can prevent danger.
The last stage is delivery, which is carrying out and implementing, such as updating new equipment during expedition season.

This organisation has a Committee per risk that meets every year to update the risk management rules based on what happened that year.
During the Japan earthquake in March 2011 as part of the organisation risk management the airline provided free flights for 5,405 relief workers on 7,314 flight segments up to April 15th, 2011.

Other risks and explanation and prevention are; stress, radiation, air rage, Deep vein thrombosis, jet lag, communicable diseases etc.
