In my school there are 3 courses to choose at the halfway point of the school career which are: •room •Kitchen •hospitality For each address there are at least 2 laboratories where we can practice with teachers and school collaborators

BAR ROOM In the dining room we usually make some coffee, cappuccinos, ginseng and much other stuff, if those in the kitchen make a plate of pasta for example, whoever is in the dining room sets it up and we do a mini service

KITCHEN
In the kitchen, however, we make either pastry or normal cooking, in the pastry shop we make shortcrust pastry, puff pastry, donuts and many other desserts which we then taste ourselves, however when we do normal cooking the food varies a lot, it can start from a simple plain pastry to a seafood fregola, we ourselves make use of the ovens, stoves, mixers and all the essential tools

HOSPITALITY
In reception, first of all they explain to us how to move inside a hotel, all the tasks of the staff, for example the floor clerk, doorman, receptionist
and everything, they teach us how to do emails, and they formalize us as best we can.

BREAK AT MY SCHOOL

There are two breaks in my school, the first is at ten past eleven and lasts twenty minutes while the second is at ten past one and lasts ten minutes. The students can go down to the courtyard where they can have their drinks and sandwiches. In the courtyard there is a van where they sell sandwiches,pizza,chips, snack and drinks. The student talk, play and listen music all together. Smoking is not allowed within the school land if anyone smoke they would be punished with a fine of thirty euros. Once the break is over, everyone returns to class to resume lessons

Hi I'm Lorenzo and I'll explain our internal areas of the school. so we have: the gym where our teachers take us to do the gym hour in the gym we have a wide choice we can play basketball, volleyball, football, badminton even archery but it's the safe one.

Then we have the presidency where there is the principal's office.

We have an expo area where I do class assemblies or the professors take us there to do outdoor lessons or maybe the school organizes some events they take us to the expo area.

The professors have their own classroom where they work in peace away from the students.

We have the library where if someone doesn't have the opportunity to buy the books, the school lends them

In my school, as in all schools, there are rules to respect, starting from dress code and behavior:

CLOTHING:

• Open shoes such as flip-flops cannot be worn

• you cannot wear trousers with tears, skirts or shorts

•you can't wear little hats

•girls cannot wear low-cut shirts or tops

•no piercings, earrings or colored hair

BEHAVIOR

- phones cannot be used during class

- show respect to teachers and classmates

- smoking is not allowed in the school aree

- You can't eat in class during lessons, you can only eat during recess

- Workers must enter in the hall, kitchen and reception uniform

In my school the staff is made up of principal, vice principal, janitors, doctors, kitchen teachers, bar, reception
1 The headteacher is responsible for the management of the school.
2 The vice-principal is responsible for compliance with school timetables and laws.
3 Janitors are responsible for cleaning the bathrooms, classrooms and also laboratories
4 The doctor Is aveilable for sick students

Hi, I'm Giovanni, today I will introduce you to the subjects of my school. As in all schools I study mathematics, Italian and history. At IPSAR you also study in the kitchen, bar and reception laboratories doing both practice and theory. One hour a week we study geography, religion, chemistry and computer science.
