I found a pot in my house and took out the plant. Then I decorated the outsides of it to look more like the Jade Cong and came up with my final product

I chose to recreate this work because it was one of the first works we studied this year. It stood out to me a lot and I was excited to recreate it.

I went outside in my backyard to try and find two rocks the looked like they went together and these were the best I could find! I then tried my best to copy the animal print on the rocks with a sharpie!

I chose this work because I wanted to utilize nature in one of my pieces of work and this seemed like it was a good option

I took an old painting that reminded me of the slave ship piece. With yellow painting I tried my best to mimic the slave ship painting as I added on to it. I just used paint and a old paint brush

I chose this painting because I love the romanticism and realism period of art. I learned about it last year in APUSH so I knew about it prior to this class. I knew I wanted to include something like this and I had the perfect old painting that I wouldn't make anyone mad my ruining

I already had a bag that reminded me of this so I just got some sharpies and recreated the patterns on this bag. Then I tapped them to the bag I already had!

I love bags! I knew I would want to include this piece of art in the project because I always have a bag when I go out!

I found two clear vases in my house. I then printed out a pattern similar to the one on the David vases. I then put the print outs under the vases!

These are beautiful vases and I have a lot of vases similar in my house so I loved the idea of choosing this piece of art.
