         <description><![CDATA[<p>While the notion of lowering the affect filter is something that I'm always thinking about, and that I sometimes roll my eyes at for those students who are "coddled", I am totally open to trying out the posters to add the PHYSICAL aspect of pointing to a staple item in the classroom. I love that Monica has seen success with the poster and that motivates me to want to try it out!</p>]]></description>

Regarding the discussion of memorizing, I try to remind the students that memorizing is a critical skill, and that memorizing frees them up to use the language more confidently.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
