Working really hard to prepare and engaging lesson and always getting the same feedback from an administrator: Work on how you close your lesson. No matter what I did, I was getting this comment all of the time for years in a row. It felt like a generic comment that the administrator would make to everyone.

I appreciated the point about orienting toward curiosity - teachers curious about students' thinking, leaders curious about teachers' and students' thinking

My evaluation form has : meets expectations, exceeds, doesn't meet, so it's judgemental, even though I don't want it to be that way. I'd love to hear how to change that.
