<title>My name is Diana Fernanda Gutiérrez, I was born in Bogotá and today I am going to tell you about my city.Bogotá D.C., is the Capital of Colombia, it was founded 479 years ago. Currently it has an extension of 1775 km and an average of 9 740 000 habitants. In the city there are people from many parts of Colombia, because of lot of migrations of population groups that seek to improve their quality of life, a new job or simply to go to the University.Bogotá not only receives many national visitors, but also foreigners, who come to Bogotá to do business, which makes it the most important city for foreign businessmen. The climate in Bogotá is cold, it does not have seasons, but if it has very varied climates, in a single day it can be very sunny and it can also rain very hard. Bogota is hotter than Tunja, but colder than Medellín, so it is necessary to wear comfortable but warm clothes and do not forget every day you should take an umbrella with you.Bogotá is a wonderful place to do tourism since it has a wide offer among which we can find 77 museums, 70 art galleries, 70 theaters, plus 600 live music venues, more than 600 buildings of historical and architectural value. In the evenings there is a strong economic activity, as there are many restaurants, cafes, bars specializing in typical and international food; there are also discos, with different types of environments and styles typical of a diverse and multicultural city, the best ones are located nearby to the park of 93, Zona G or galleries. There is diversity of green areas, parks and small surrounding towns to walk on the weekend. The largest park in the city is the Simón Bolívar Park. There every year there are cultural activities such as the summer festival, rock park, rap park and multiple concerts.During the day you can visit the city center, especially &quot;LA CANDELARIA&quot;. It is a magical place, where the Cathedral is located, it is the oldest church in the city, as well as the most emblematic and historical buildings of the city. Where you can count on the help of a tour guide if you want to know the history of the place. You can also know the highest place in the city, MONSERRATE, a wonderful church where there is also a delicious restaurantTransportation in the city is a little complicated, but there is an integrated public transport system of buses that is called: SITP AND TRASMILENIO.Renting a car is not a good option in the care due to the large number of traffic jams it is better to take a taxi or travel by bus.</title>
