"Christians" or "Christ-followers" believe that God, who came down to Earth in the form of Jesus Christ, had died in order to save the world of its sin. In their Bible, it is said that whoever believes this is rewarded eternal life and the way to Heaven. Refusal to follow God results in eternal damnation in the Underworld.

In Christianity, people are given a book that consists of stories, advice, and rules. This book is the Bible, which consists of several accounts acknowledging the existence of God. In one of these stories, Jesus Christ is portrayed as the ultimate sacrifice and it is said that God gave his only son (Jesus) to die for the world's sin. Jesus was seen as a teacher and a god. He gave humans two choices: the reward of a heaven or a hell. In order to make it to Heaven, Christ followers are expected to follow the teachings of Jesus. Disobedience results in a destructive lifestyle and Hell.

The spread of Christianity was by Paul, who traveled around the Roman Empire spreading word of the "good news". Places like Athens were great, but they had poor, desperate people who were the perfect audience for the Christian message. Paul preached to the Gentiles who were non-Jews and almost everyone he met. Christianity was under attack in Rome for quite a while, but eventually the church was more organized and Christianity became the official religion of the Roman Empire. Now its is one of, if not the biggest religion.

Christians worship one all powerful God and they believe in the "Holy Trinity" which is made up of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. By worshiping, they follow a set of rules known better as the "10 commandments". Other ways of worshiping can be with music, which is proven in the Bible's book of Psalms where David writes many songs to God. Others believe worshiping God can be with the life that you live, which would require following the teachings of Christ and the 10 commandments.
