There are several feasible solutions to address this issue. One of those could be raising the public awareness to facilitate the environmental protection in the ocean domain. This may be achieved via education and advertisements which are not for profit. Governments and non-governmental organizations could incorporate expertise about coping with ocean plastic into media to alert the public.() This approach would be effective since the media has a large coverage, encouraging citizens to pay sufficient attention to such environmental problems and take solid steps. By implementing such recommendations, the majority of people will possibly enhance their conscience. Although this measure would be time-consuming as the public may not change their perception in the short term, the overall benefits related to environmental ocean protection is clear in the long run.

There are a number of strategies that could be alleviate the issue of marine plastic pollution. One recommendation could be publish harsher penalties by government . This would be a compulsory implement which include massive fines the companies can attach importance to disposal plastic rubbish. This policy is possibly focus on plastic manufacture and daily use factories that illegally dump plastic waste into the ocean. This approach would be highly effective as it could cause the bankrupt or seriously affect economic benefits of those companies. However, it needs a great number of manpower and resources to supervise.

One possible strategy in alleviating ocean plastic pollution is increasing public awareness. Some non-profit organizations related to marine protection can advertise in public areas including billboards in bus stations and television advertisements. This may reduce the individual use of plastic packages such as water bottles and take-out containers, which are single-use. Although this method has the advantage of reaching the target group directly, it is limited in efficiency and investments. However, in the long term, it gives rise to a more profound impact on public green behaviors.

There are several recommendations, which could be implemented to alleviate the phenomenon of plastic contamination. Creating a ‘plastic bank’ may be a feasible solutionto. The plastic bank built by some responsible corporations could purchase the plastic waste from the residents to be treasure. This stimulus, which has economic benefits to the citizens, can encourage the public to pick up the waste plastic commodities, thereby mitigating the adverse effects of plastic pollution. However, the limitation should also be considered. Due to the fact that the storage of the plastic waste needs a large plant or space, it could be a tough problem needed to be tackled.

There are a considerable number of feasible strategies that could be adopted to address the issue of plastic marine contamination. One effective recommendation is to enact legislations to strictly supervise the estuary and coastline in order to prevent plastic waste from entering into the ocean. This could be achieved by setting isolation zone near estuary and coastline incorporating CCTV and manual supervisions as insurance facilities. Strict penalty from relevant departments is supposed to be imposed on those who violate the provisions. The resulting benefit in implementing this regulation may mitigate the marine plastic pollution. Although this measure may initially be met with the difficulty of multilateral corporation due to the fact that ocean shares the border of numerous countries, every country employing effort in this should deserve the overall benefit.

One recommendation could be plastic management by the government. Even though the most efficient approach is solving pollution from the root---plastic generation, but there are still numerous plastic waste in the past left in the ocean. Therefore, cleaning up the sea still plays a critical role in ocean plastic management. Opponents may argue that it cost unaffordable finance, bring burden to the country. Furthermore, there are international waters that do not belong to any country, thus leading the lack of concern and care for those public ocean. However, Non-Governmental Organization could sets their targets specially at international waters. In addition, cleaning up the ocean could be seen as a long term purpose, with gradual financial devotion. Alleviation of financial burden could also be brought by more taxes. In conclusion, cleaning up the ocean needs to be taken on the agenda.

One viable solution is that establish strict legal restrictions to alleviate effectively to this issue by government. The measure would impose economic limitations on factories that cause large amount of waste emission in the ocean. This approach is efficient because legislation can effectively reduce the factories' plastic waste emissions. Therefore, this strategy could raise public awareness of environmental protection, not only for the factories but also for individuals.

There are several practical recommendations which could be implemented to raise the awareness of environmental protection of ocean. Firstly, social marketing campaign could focus on advocating the importance of protecting the ocean. For example, using paper bags could reduce marine plastic pollution by public service advertising on TV, buses and network, which is sponsored by local authorities. the message should try to shows the picture Although this method has the advantage of directly reaching the target group, it is limited in terms of the neglect of advertising from residents.
