Before this interview Jay was interviewed and said that Adnan killed Hae, he planned on telling her that his car broke down and that he would need a ride home. This is trippy because at first Adnan had tolf officers he needed a ride home, but then suddenly changed this moments later and said he aways brings his own car to school. What makes this obscure is that I do not know if Adnan had just made a mistake by saying that he got/needed a ride home because he was probably so used to saying that being he had answered so many questions about their relationship... Or whether Adnan is lying which could lead me towards believing that he is guilty. But if he is already in jail why should telling the truth even matter, and why is Jay automatically blaming and throwing Adnan under the bus. This leads me to believe that Jay is guilty, for Jay and Adnan were not even the best of friends, why would you tell just any one of your friends that you were going to kill your ex girlfriend. The second time he was interveiwed by a different cop, he said he did not ask Hae for a ride because he drove himself to school. The author of the serial podcast interveiwed some of his past classmates, three of them say that he infact did ask Hae for a ride, but she later said she couldn't because she had somewhere to go. 

Also, Something that may prove Don guilty is the fact that Hae was supposed to meet Don at the mall later, and Don refuses to be interveiwed about this. There is not enough information to proove Don guilty, because he won't give his story.
