UN gun trafficking conference:
 I enjoyed this conference heavily. The  representative thought us the situation of gun trafficking:

Most guns are produced legally
not consumable 
long expiry date

Illegally owned firearms can range for as simple as a permit-less gun
We also learnt about the 2 types of trafficking small and big; and the cycle of gun trafficking.

What was interesting was when the rep provided his personal opinions on the gun situation in the US; It was my opinion on the situation. (you must take into account the percentage of illegally owned guns as well; also for cop violence you must take into account their perspective) 
 
Enterprise rent-a-car challenge:

We were divided into two groups of  five and tasked with choosing a new startup location for enterprises new rent-a-car seam. We took in factors such as population, location, income, tourism, student pop to find the most ideal place to start. We then were given a budgie and tasked to choose a advertisement campaign and a BIG event; then tasked to present your completed pitch. The groups tided

Criminology talk:

The criminology talk was a pitch by an organisation called C2C, which specialised in providing friendly assistants to aid people being interrogated by the police. 

Geo-politics conference:

The conference advertised working within the growing automobile industry in the midlands as to prevent brain drain. The conference also emphasised the point of aspiring innovators to figuratively stop, look around and to notice emerging trends.

I found this talk really interesting as it was something that I did not know about.I had imagined that it would be something about the drugs that lead people to crime or suicide.  However, it was about firearms and how people were commiting crime. I have learned that even people had not any firearms, they could commit crime with a knife. the most dangerous firearms are: 
The kalashnikov : AK- 47
The machete
The glock 
The overall of that talk was that even if the firearms were disappeared, people would find the way to kill. 

2.Psychology Alumni Panel Kimberley Hill & Changemaker Hub Employability Team :
Even though it had nothing to do with my job sector, I found this talk very attractive. I had been always keen on psychology and listening actual psychologists about their work was impressive. There were people who were giving different prospective about this section. What impressed me more, was that it was a graduate psychologist there who was saying that he was not really keen on reading. Additionally, he reports that in his spare time he likes watching Netflicts, which does at first makes you laugh, but then to realise that if a person who was not really keen on reading finally took his degree, then everyone can do it!

3. Face your Fears - with Tony's Reptile Show
In this event, I was not expecting to see something like that. I was expecting to watch some slides or a power point and then have an explanation. I though that we were going to be talk about how to face our fears. Actually, it was a guy called John, who had brought some reptiles in the room, including snakes, skinny pig (which had been an experiment), a huge rabbit, spiders and meerkat

We worked in a team and we were asked to produce solutions to scenarios and present it to other groups. 
After this section i had a face to face interview with Barclays wand during this interview I was given different questions-explain during presentation 

Attended The United nations on Drugs and crime: it was about Firearms and how they are illegally distributed. 

Attended the Geo-politics talk 
 The talk was interesting and the speaker advised us to Read news so as to improve our knowledge on  world  affair.

Attended criminology talk , presented by a police officer who talked about their code of conduct and how  the police department trying to improve the way they operate .
 Also a Volunteer Opportunity Called C2C where you become a Volunteer Adult and help improve communication between Detained 
People and investigators
