#2. I would rather be able to rewind life than fast forward it. There are a few reasons why. There are so many moments I would love to go back and re-live, or re-see. Sometimes moments can be lost in your memory, and it is hard to remember what happened exactly, or just the most important details. If you could go back you could remember so much more about what happened. Also another somewhat obvious reason, to change the past or what has happened. Sometimes memories can be to painful and you just really wish it never happened, being able to go back and changed what happened would help ease those feelings. I also feel like fast forwarding through life if just missing life. You cant have any memories or moments if you just fly right by them.

if I could silence the world, their would be no falter. the human nature would be inferior to the presence of thyself. ones voice can be deceiving, nobody could lie to each other again. it is in of itself, the absence of creation. without sound is a way of finding your core of peace. a peace of silence is what I feel about it

2. I would rather be able to fast forward/ rewind life. Like many others I’m sure, there are some things in my life I wish I did a little differently. Instances where I wish I worked a little harder in school, I’m sure I would’ve been able to accomplish more in my life. Also big mistakes I made in life that I regret till this day, what I would give to undo some past mistakes. Living with regret each day can really eat you alive. There’s also some family and friends that passed on that I didn’t spend enough time with, didn’t appreciate enough, didn’t say I love you enough... those instances really make me wish I had a rewind button.

I’ve always been told to not dwell on the past, but I am only human and I think given the opportunity most of us would go back to change a thing or two. To be able to go back to a time where things were much simpler, where your only worries are what you’re doing after school or what you’re going to do with your friends on the weekend. There are definitely negative things in my adult life that exist because of decisions made at crucial points in my life, so it would be an understatement to say I’d like to change those. Things could definitely be worse, but they could also be a lot better, so having an opportunity to rewind might be nice.

1.) I always remember people telling me the saying "they grow up in the blink of an eye.". I didn't really believe it until I had my daughter. I think I'd much rather be able to pause the world around me opposed to silencing it.
My daughter's already almost 4 months old. It feels like just yesterday I had her. She's growing so fast and there's nothing I can do to stop that. Between work and school, although school's online, I feel like I don't get to spend much time with her, and this is the time that matters most. Being able to pause the world around me would give me a chance to spend every second with her, and not have to worry about going to school or work and missing anything. I'd get to spend all of my time with my baby, and not fall behind on any other things.
I'd also much rather pause the world around me because much like everyone else, I'm so very sick of Covid. I feel like this pandemic has taken so much from millions of people. We can't go visit family or friends like we used to. We can't go out to walk around a store and take our time. And we have to wear masks out in public, which after a while get so uncomfortable. Being able to pause the world would not only give me more time with my daughter, but it'd give us a break from Covid and hearing about it all the time.
With that being said, I'd choose to pause the world around me in a heartbeat opposed to silencing it.

Would I rather be able to pause the world around you or silence it?
I would rather pause the world as I want to reflect on what I see and live with what I know and make it last a long time cause things change everyday and I don't want to see things change I want to see what I see and live it all the time. I don't want to silence it as life will haunt you if you keep things in and don't let them out. I once was told "Life is hard but you are what makes it don't hold things back live them" the longer i have with my kids and my family the better reason why i would choose to pause the world around me.

3. Would you rather live in a world without cellphones or a world without computers.

I would rather live in a world without computers. I can’t even imagine what a world would be like without a cellphone and more specifically a smartphone. Even though there are many negative aspects to a cell phone, I feel completely lost without it. I turned off the notification which notifies me of the average time I spend on my phone per day because it actually frightens me. Despite the negative aspects, I think it is one of the best inventions in the world. I am no tech-freak and quite honestly, I don’t even have an Instagram account, but I do everything on my smartphone. From sending emails to corresponding with friends and family, creating photo albums, making family videos, using a calculator, cooking, navigating, planning, to-do lists, meetings, reminders, reading the news, scanning documents. I can’t imagine the amount of planning that would go into a day without a smartphone. Even just the basics, like finding a location I’ve never been to. How would I get to a foreign location without my smartphone? Carry a map in my car? No thank you! Or how would I know what the weather would be like at 11 am tomorrow morning if I missed the news report? I would happily live in a world without computers, but if I have to go into a day without my phone, it feels like a bad dream where I forgot to get dressed and showed up at work in my pyjamas. It’s a nightmare!

3. Would you rather live in a world without cellphones or a world without computers?

I would rather live in a world without computers. Cell phones are a huge part of everyday life. I use my cell phone for literally everything. Browsing the web, watching videos, texting and calling family and friends. Lets face it you can do everything on a cell phone plus more than what a computer can do. I make memories with photo albums and view social media quite frequently. I can't imagine not having something so convenient with me at every point in my day. My phone also keeps me organized, it wakes me up in the morning and sets reminders for me to do things. The only downfall is we don't seem to remember things as easily is before because that little device does it all for us.

1. Would you rather be able to pause the world around you or to silence it?

I want to be able to delay the world around me. I believe that if I have the ability to do this, it will help me a lot in everyday life. I would be able to enjoy the surrounding environment and deal with stressful situations better. It allows me to stop and think about the problem from all angles, instead of taking immediate action and possibly saying something I would regret. After every situation that's one thing I've always reflected on. My mind gets clouded with thoughts of how I acted in the moment and what I could've done better.
