The Dominican Republic is located in the Caribbean. The Dominicans mostly speak Spanish but it's a little bit different then Mexican Spanish, and they call it Dominican Spanish. The Dominicans have about 11 million people currently living in the republic.

The Dominican republic have a lot of traditions but the most interesting one that they have is a dish where they put candy and kidney beans, another very interesting tradition they do is called dance at the rhythm of Perico Ripiao, this dance and musical ensemble called Perico Ripiao characterizes one of the many variations of Dominican merengue, which is danced to the sound of the accordion, guira and drum.

When people visit the Dominican republic they like to go to the beach and places where they can do multiple activities. If i were to go i would go to the beach as well, there water falls, and a buggy tour to caves and i would love to try their foods.
