I gave a problem with procrastination since the start of the year. I will always start on my school work late at night and I am always in a hurry. I get distracted by thing easily.<br><br>Personal goal for PE in term 3 is at least exercise 2 times per week so I can be fit for my CCA.<br><br>Workout plan for today:<br>Cardio A<br>Full body workout B<br><br>Plan to gain weight:<br>Mon: Eat at least some vegetables<br>Tue: Eat some meat.
