         <description><![CDATA[<div>structure of firms are ever evolving as they undergo change and pursue their journey to become an MNE.&nbsp;<br>MNC's encounter both internal and external pressures; these pressures demand for growth or change to occur. Ever-evolvement and development are vital for MNC survival within the global marketplace.&nbsp;<br>The main elemental difference between various structures and forms that MNE's have is the decision making process AKA chain of command/ communication.&nbsp;<br>A well established MNE will most likely naturally find itself utilising a mixed structure; this structure is appropriate for networked organisations, which, at such matured stage of operations, businesses will have a large network.&nbsp;<br>Key features of such firms are:<br>- Decision-making process delegated according to units/levels<br>- geographical function divisions tailored to each country of operation<br>- fewer levelled hierarchy- due to seniority of the team<br>- formal procedures less bureaucratic<br>- tasks, responsibility and authority dispersed and differentiated across network subs.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
