Iqamah is a call to people recited immediately before the prayer begins.And Azhan is the prayer recited to warn people to come to prayer.Iqamah is little more fasterthan Azhan.

Imam gathers worshipers to perform prayer by reading Iqamah loudly.

It is the first call to ritual prayer by the Muezzin.
 We should recite the dua after the Azhan.
