Moore also looks at the theme that he promotes throughout the film of the media promoting fears in America. 
Question 2-
Moore entertains by displaying many news articles of ridiculous fears being reported on by the media.These news reports are of things that are not threatening. 
for example the (satirical exaggeration) escalator section where they take a severely normal and everyday exercise of taking the escalator is labelled as a "stairway of danger" targeting families by labelling it as dangerous to "you and your loved ones" to further entrench a feeling of realisticness to hurt each individual.
uses a montage of all the unrealistic dangers posed by the media to bombard the viewer with the repeatedly used scare tactics used by media to inflict a culture of fear not just a few times but across a wide range of mediums and situations.
Question 3-This chapter is reliable as the point he is making stands true. But he only uses a few examples of things that may not happen very often.
