He believed, "people who choose to work in an environment similar to their personality type are more likely to be successful and satisfied" ("Holland's Theory", 2017). We believe that student's will be the most fulfilled in life when they know who they are as an individual. We encourage individualism and strive to help students identify personal characteristics. This will give them them a strong foundation at a young age to build on as they grow and begin making decisions about their future.
