Team members make decisions regarding team roles each week and the leader of the team keeps track of performance. At the end of the week, the team that has earned the most points wins the “Golden Cup”. Teams are awarded points for the number of “Pawsome” awards, test results, teamwork, and hallway etiquette. Points are taken away for RTP. However, the books must still either be on their ARC grade list or one of the three books they are using as their choice books. In order to be counted, quizzes must be passed with 90% or above. That information should still be written on their Portfolio Table of Contents Page. It would be written under the column “type of creative response” and should include the percentage the quiz was passed with. If a student takes a quiz but doesn’t pass it with 90% or higher, they can still do a project on the book and get credit for it.
