A narcissist may have done a little work on a project but they still expect their name to appear on the top of the list. In the extreme narcissist can become angry at other people if they percieve a slight. For example one of the family members get sick then a narcissist maybe neglect fully, since they lack empathy. Shaming and blaming are two very important tools, for example they usually blame their partner in a relationship. The narcissist usually feel abandoned. They live in a fantasy, they will make up szories that never happened. There are always strings attached. Energy vampires are ordinary people who knowingly or unknowingly tend to suck the energies of those around them, leaving them stressed and exhausted . The energy vampire are not necessarily mean or mean people, they simply cannot produce by themselves the vitality necessary to face daily life and so they end up stealing it from others. A fundamental aspect of the action of energy vampires is that they do so because their victim allows them to. If we appear weak or exposed to their attacks, therefore, we will become victims of emotional vampires.
Energy vampires are deeply pessimistic and tend to complain about anything.
Their action usually passes through a psychological mechanism that brings tension, anxiety, stress in their victims, who are therefore distracted and exposed to their "attack".
