First we mixed all of the ingredients together, then we cooled and rolled the dough about 3cm thin. We take a cookie cutter in the shape of a small circle. We fill the baking tray with the circle shaped cookies and put them into the oven. When they're baked we put jam on one cookie and then put another cookie on top.
