Aztec soup is the most delicious Mexican food I have ever tasted and it's easy to do. To prepare it we need:  fresh tomatoes, garlics, cilantro, onions, delicious chicken, ketchup, avocados, cheese and chips. The process is very simple, the sauce is prepared by stirring the tomatoes, garlic, onions, cilantro, tomato cream and salt. Then, the sauce is served in a bowl and the cheese, avocado and chips are added. Aztec soup is my favorite Mexican food, I love the combination of its flavors, when I eat this soup, I feel satisfied. With such easy to obtain ingredients and a few steps you can obtain a tasty meal of the Mexican culture. 

The new Covid-19 virus came to change the lives of all people. Spending two years without leaving the house, wearing a mask, washing your hands frequently, avoiding contact and keeping your distance are some of the implications that the pandemic brought us. It was not an easy task but I think that humans are used to change. The economic, environmental and social repercussions have been disastrous, many unemployed people, a large number of deaths, environmental contamination by the objects created to face the pandemic and isolation, caused in humanity a new expectation about life. Perhaps now we are more empathetic people and we value relationships with others more, perhaps now we appreciate nature more and that is very good.

I think many people have become the new classmate and that is very tedious. First, you find yourself out of place because you don't know anyone. Second, you don't know the school either, and third, you don't know much about the subjects. For example, when I changed schools, I felt lost but my classmates helped me to adapt. All people should be like this when a new classmate arrives, smile pleasantly, offer help to show him around the school and introduce him to the other classmates. This might make the new person feel better. Helping others in any circumstance is a personal satisfaction.

Yesterday I was watching television with my younger sister and several ads appeared with misleading advertising offering products that could put people's health at risk, I think television is a very influential means of communication and the ads and programs that transmitted must have a positive influence on society.

Starting with McDonald's products that offer happiness to children through unhealthy food that also does not have the size that it presents on television. On the other hand, Coca Cola offers happiness through a product that contains phosphoric acid that has a corrosive effect.

Thousands of people consume these products daily and many others that offer false advertising, it is quite annoying that children grow up with false ideas. That is why I think they should verify that the ads they publish should be more profitable and with positive messages

I climbed the crater of the volcano illegally

I live near the Poás Volcano, when the days are sunny, I look at the volcano and dream of getting quite close to it. When the pandemic started, they legally closed access to the volcano, so I did it illegally, it was quite risky because if a park ranger catches you, he penalizes you.

Days before the expected day, I prepared the backpack with everything I needed, I felt anxious but excited.I packed enough water to hydrate myself, medicines. I also pack fruits, cookies and candies as snacks. Regarding clothing, wear fresh clothes and special shoes for the mountain, for the cold at night wear a waterproof coat and wool cap.

The day finally came, I remember that I started climbing up at night around 1:00am, the night was cold and it rained a little, however I was very happy to meet my goal. I walked for four hours until I reached the crater, the view was perfect, there was a sky-blue lake in the middle of a huge mountain and around it there was volcanic ash.

Of all my experiences I think this was one of the best, I met a wonderful place where I took beautiful photos. I also met new people and I had a good time with my friends, it was a risk that was worth taking.
