My story is about a ten-year-old foster kid and all the monsters he must face both real and metaphorical He is an ostentiferous child. Ostentiferous is an old word with an old world meaning, that which brings about monsters or strange sights .Austin Tifferous, our protagonist, is about to turn 11 until a turn of events in his bedroom, changes the game and launches him and his two best friends, on a life-changing, but most deadly journey to a world full of real monsters. 

His past found him. His birth mother, in a letter, asks the impossible, to go to the place he was born and defeat the must horrific beast ever known to mankind, the Boogeyman. He goes hoping to find some answers for himself. Where is he from? IS this lost boy and foster child, an actual monster? Will he find her? Will his new parents kick him out or let him stay? Wil any of this matter if he can’t keep he and his two best friends alive? Which he has been told, he most likely will not.

As Our marginalized friends fight through this new monstrous world, they are also left to face their own monsters, their own trauma and mental disorders, and the hard truths of who they really are. They are just kids. So, trauma how will the survive the trauma of this journey on top of their already full baggage?
