Quietness is very underrated in a number of ways in my personal opinion.

One of the pros of quietness is having the ability to listen way more effectively. To illustrate, my hearing/listening skills improve drastically when quiet with the inclusion that my focus also improves.

To reference, during 6th grade, I had an ADI (Argument-Driven Inquiry) Lab, as I was doing it at Cougar Den, there was so much noise in the room, that I couldn't focus at first, but with the help of earbuds, it felt like there was no noise at all, just silence. Then, I proceeded to finish it.

This benefit of quietness helps me academically, helping me focus/listen to teachers, thus meaning I get better grades.

How does this relate to the theme?

The reasoning relates to the theme since quietness helped me improve at school in more ways than one.

The tool, quietness is in a way, very reliable in a time of need.

Every time I try to innovate an idea or free-draw, I use the tool, quietness. It really helps your imagination stimulate.

Most of the time when I draw, I put on earbuds, so I can be stress-free and hear...well silence and just free-draw especially draw Shrek or Dora as a mountain gorilla or gain an idea with silence (quietness) like imagining "If the plot for Finding Nemo was his dad leaving Nemo to make it more realistic to real life, so it would be called Finding Dad." (I am joking)

How does this relate to the theme?

With the help of quietness, it aided me and gave my imagination a boost in a sort of manner.

As an ally, a thing that is with us our entire life, quietness helps one calm down/relieve stress.

Quietness/silence can take the form of meditation and can change the way you think, feel, and act; it is sort of like a stress reliever in a way.

One time during 4th grade, I was frustrated due to something and did what my mom does which is just go in a quiet room and just relax there and meditate (seems kind of embarrassing, but I was 10) and felt a sense of peace within me and I felt way more chill than before.

Using silence, I felt way calmer and thought more peacefully; my mind was just thinking what the use of getting angry was and slowly, but surely calmed myself.

How does this relate to the theme?

Well, due to quietness, I slowly, yet surely felt calmer and less angry than before by using it as an assist for me to feel better, thus making it a great ally.
