This is a program I have participated in myself and I can definitely say it leaves one with a stronger sense of spirituality than when they went in.

Buckley's friendship group is Childhood Cancer Support, and all the boys from Buckley and CCS are connected by spirituality.

These are Eddie's Van and the house friendship program.

Eddie's van for me was a reason to get up early in the morning, and a way to strengthen my relationships with not only peers and teachers, but the homeless public too. If I had the choice to I would do Eddie's van every term as it not only provides a realistic image of homelessness to me but also provides me with a sense of connection as we can have long chats with homeless people that some of us could consider friends.

The house friendship program is something amazing that terrace has to offer to its students. It gave me people who I usually wouldn't interact with (children suffering from cancer) and allowed me to build the foundation of a relationship with these people.
