It was a worthwhile and enjoyable experience to work with my pals on the cookie-selling project. I was exposed to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship up close through this activity, which also assisted me in gaining practical skills that I can apply in my professional as well as personal life. The value of collaboration was among the most important things I took away. My fellow teammates and I had to assign duties, communicate openly and coordinate well in order to work together. We were able to handle many aspects of the tough, including baking, marketing, and financial management, since each member contributed their unique abilities.Knowing the need of preparation and flexibility was another important lesson learned. We had to decide on pricing, establish a budget, and draft a business strategy. But as we went along, we ran into problems like changing ingredient prices and unexpected customer demands. I learned from this how important it is to maintain flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Planning is played an important role in this project. We created our Business Modal canvas (BMC). BMC helped us to identify our value proposition, target customer and other. After planning with the BMC, we realized that follow it helped us expand our business idea.

Communication was another key part of this project. We need to communicate with many people such as group members, customers and supplier. Through the communication, I also learned that listening is important. We need to listening feedback from our customers and respond to their question in positive and soft manner.

In conclusion, this project has taught me many skills that I can use in for the future. These lessons will be helpful in any business in future.

We also have up to 30% discount for the desserts. Furthermore, it is convenient as we provide COD, pre-order and self-pickup at our college as the customers’ do not need to queue and wait for a long time to purchase.
