         <description><![CDATA[<div>If you stay healty you should eat more vegetables and fruit also you don't eat lots of oil and sugar or salt becuase these are so unhealthy foods these to cause many health problems on the other hand most unhealthy foods are probably most delicious are! Its so dramatically :(<br>Balanced diet is balanced meal I think enough protein enough fiber and enough carbohydrate on the same plate is best probably.<br>I don't have a diet! I could eat a horse when I hungry Lol Also I'm a student, sometimes I eat my school's dinning hall its cheaper and healthier I think<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>A healthy diet is consuming the nutrients you need to maintain our health, feel good and have energy. Nutrition is important for everyone. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins and minerals. I also make sure to eat these nutrients in moderation. But I like to eat junk food. Coffee and chocolate are among my favourite. I make this habit healthy by eating unsweetened coffee and dark chocolate/bitter. </title>

         <title>Eating well, i think eat everthing that is good for you. I think better to eat everthing and exercise, so you don&#39;t gain weight. I don&#39;t  have a balanced diet because i eat whatever I fell good especially sweet. I prefer to eat when I am stressed.</title>
