he puts it on lysander and when Helena sees him sleeping she thinks he is dead and wakes him up making lysnsander fall in love with him and leave Hermia

puck realizes his mistakes and puts the love potion on demitriuses eyes and now both of the guys are in love with her

she believed she is being tricked by them and when Hermia is also confused believes all of them are in this cruel joke together

she believes Hermia betrayed her

they part way and fall asleep with their lovers due to puck tricking them

they find her and demitrius together and he declares his love for her and they get married
