I have already participated in an Erasmus project with my school and had the opportunity to travel to Italy, which was an incredible and very fun experience. I got to know new places, made friends from other countries and learned a lot, both inside and outside of school.

I like to spend time with my friends, listen to music and live new experiences.

I have never participated in an Erasmus project or something like that, but I would really like to take part in one someday, because I think it would be a great opportunity to travel, make new friends, and learn new things.

In my free time, I like going out with my friends, workout, and discovering new things. I’m always open to new experiences.

I have participated in an Erasmus exchange in Italy, which was a great experience, and I have also taken part in an eTwinning project before.

I am especially interested in how hotels, guests, and travel services are managed because I enjoy communicating with people and I believe my language skills are strong. In the future, I would like to work at a hotel reception or I would like to further improve my language skills and study forensic medicine abroad.Because I'm interested in legal cases and I think I am meticulous and detail-oriented.

In my free time, I really keen on watching shark documentaries, anatomy and physiology videos, and TV series. My favorite series is Dexter. These interests show that I am a curious person who likes learning new things and understanding how both people and systems work.

Hi! My name is Mariagiovanna Salemi and this is my second year of teaching at the Paolo Calleri. I've been teaching for 14 years and this has always been my dream job! I speak English and French! I also lived in France where I was an Italian teacher. I love writing letters and postcards, I know it's a little bit old-fashioned but it is still amazing using paper and pens (and stamps) to reach my friends all aound Europe. I love travelling, listening to music and going to the beach. I am vegetarian and y favourite dish is a very traditional one: pasta with tomato sauce.

Hello everyone, I am Carmela Noemi Gumino. I teach at the Paolo Calleri high school. I come from Siracusa in Sicily. My dream has always been to teach since I started university in Siena, where I graduated in 2016. After my graduation I took part in some projects on the integration of foreign students in the primary school of my hometown. A few years ago, I finally fulfilled my dream and I became a teacher.

I love travelling and reading (especially manga and comics).

I love my students, and the time I spend with them is always meaningful.
