These past three years working with you at Thumbtack have truly been a highlight for me. You’ve been not only a smart, supportive manager but also a genuine teammate and friend. I’ve learned so much from your approach to problems—and from the kindness and integrity you bring to every conversation.

I’m really going to miss our offsite hangouts. I still think about that trip to San Francisco when we made our way up that steep hill and played that unforgettable round of golf. And skiing and snowboarding together in Park City—those runs and laughs are memories I won’t ever forget.

Your new team is incredibly lucky to have you. I hope our paths cross again someday—if I ever find myself passing through Texas, you’ll be the first to know. Until then, thank you for everything, Mitch. Wishing you all the best on this next adventure.
