EXAMPLE #1 (BULLYING)

In around fourth grade, I was bullied for my weird personality and how I looked. I was very hard on myself and didn't like who I was showing myself to be. I went on 'diets' and almost became very ill because of my obsession to be 'pretty' or 'skinny'. Even today, people still make fun of me for liking certain hobbies or bands, but over the past two years, I've been telling myself to not listen to hate and BE CONFIDENT!
______________________________
In the end, I was able to look past all the negativity and become who I am today. I am now able to take bad situations and turn them in to motivation to become a better person.

EXAMPLE #2 (SELF-ESTEEM)

The past couple of years I've been really open with my personality. A lot of people ask me how I'm so confident and unafraid, I just simply reply with, "All it takes is confidence". I've learned that other's opinions take up too much room in their consciousness that they don't see their own opinion about themselves. I always used to ask myself, "Would ____ like it if I cut my hair short?"
______________________________
I started to ignore others opinions and focus on my own, when I started doing that, I learned a lot about who I wanted to be and what I loved. Now, when I do something or make a decision, I make sure that it will either benefit my loved ones or myself.

EXAMPLE #3 (MY PERSONALITY)

My personality was always on the unique side. I was very talkative and outgoing until bullies started to make fun of how I showed myself in fourth grade. I loved collecting random objects, I loved to do random things, and I didn't have a care in the world. I started to become very choked up with others opinions, even if it was just something as simple as ¨I don´t like your shoes¨. I started to embrace my personality once I started watching a lot of self love videos and talks with my parents.
______________________________
When I started to soak up who I was/who I wanted to be, it led me to great experiences and people. I became happier and started to show myself more.
