Personalized learning is already in our skill set. We have to get all teachers to realize that it's not cheating to allow a learner to demonstrate their learning in a variety of ways. Personalized Learning can also leverage student agency by allowing students to choose areas of high interest. Struggling learners (any learner) may stretch themselves and take more risks if they have opportunities to choose.
