Self-discovery has been one of my fascinations recently and I believe to have come to a conclusion that it is a mark of a healthy being to be able to open up to emotions, thoughts & feelings. That it is A-OK to show vulnerability and be brave about my decisions.

Over thinking has been my issue because it brings up anxiety. However I have realized that thinking in moderation can be a core strength. Understanding people, helping them out for good and processing things through can be an advantage when dealing with life challenges.

I consider feelings and/or emotions to be a weakness of mine. I believe it stains the truth but what can I 🤬 do about it? Also, I can still feel stuff of course, I just don't know how to deal with it properly (if it's negative). I do use humor though, there's that.

My abilities and talent would include:
Artist stuff, sleeping all day, looking through data and other miscellaneous things.

I often use memes and humor to deal with my weaknesses. It somehow lightens the mood and just not think about too much. Sometimes a research about it on Google and find myself into some deep stuff.

I believe I can further enrich my qualities, assets and strengths by being true to myself. Trusting my guts, having some guts, considering my weakness, a lot of practice, patience and hard work!

I can carefully use them by setting goals and putting them into practice. It's like a muscle, you have to train it in order to add strength to it.
