    This is the value of nature because all Micheal gets is a few supplies and what's in his pockets. He can't ask or call for help. It is just him and nature working together. 
I felt like this quote fit well because Micheal is alone. He can see nature clearly and will not be distracted. She had friends, went to school, and crushed on boys. Her life changed when she was out surfing and a shark bit off one of her arms. Her whole word was crushed and she almost gave up on surfing forever. 
     This is intuition over reason because she didn't give up.  She acquired the knowledge to keep going and persevere through. She knew that even though it sounded impossible, that she could do it. 
I picked this quote from "Conclusion" because it is what Bethany thought of herself. That he was determined and that whatever her fate was, she was still going to surf and not give up.

Her most well known song is "Chandelier". Sia is well known for hiding her face in multiple interviews and shows. 
       Sia hid herself from the public so that she could still live a "normal" life. Sia didn't care about the money she was making and she did not want to be apart of the fame. She said in an interview with Ellen that she "wants to be able to go to the grocery store without getting recognized".

To avoid this Mallory and her new roomates live in a house with the windows boarded up and whenever they can see sunlight or step outside they cover their eyes with blindfolds. In the plot of the movie, Mallory ends up all alone with her two kids who are still a young age. At the end of the movie, they are in a canoe traveling down stream. 
     I picked this because they have to depend on themselves. They can't pick up their phone and call for help. They can't take off their blindfolds. They can only use their other senses. She has trained the kids to be able to hear things. They are self reliant on this river because that's the only choice they have. 
    I picked this quote from "Self-Reliance" because i though it overall fit well, but I liked the word "principles". They have these principles that they have to follow or else they will lose their life. This is a hit song that many can relate to. This song is different than others due to the style of the song. Instead of singing the whole song, a good portion is just talked. This is a very different style than most artists today. 
    I picked this for non-conformity because most artists don't do this. When it came out people were confused about this song and didn't know how to react to it. You don't hear much of this style in country music. 
I picked this quote because Sam Hunt didn;t follow the path that is already paved. He didn't just copy others, he changed the way of how it was done.
