1. Listen deeply (with respect and curiosity)
Listening deeply is a form of respect and a willingness to learn from perspectives different from our own. Thus, we give our full attention when others speak, hearing not only the words but also the meaning and intent behind them.

Practice courage (step into discomfort)
Learning demands that we stretch beyond what is familiar. This agreement encourages us to meet discomfort with openness, seeing it as a teacher rather than a threat, and to allow ourselves to be changed by new insights.
Care for the whole (not just the self)
This principle guides us to consider the well-being of other members of the community, recognizing that our choices and actions impact the learning environment for everyone
