She was found by her fellow classmate, Taylor Diaz. Diaz is also a 20 year old female. Fingerprints were taken and items found near Garcia were also taken to confirm ID. We think she accidentally fell, therefore causing her to fatally hit her head on the table. We recommend that there be no one blamed for her death because it seems to be more of a freak accident than an attempted murder by a potential suspect. There was a note left laying beside her that said, "See you soon" that was handwritten by her boyfriend, Eric Piedmont. There was also blood on the table and beside her head. Also, there were blood spots on the floor that dripped from the table and she did have a wound on her head.  We tested the people she had been around the last 24 hours to see if their blood type matched the blood on the floor of the scene just to be safe and as a result found that the blood belonged to our victim, as suspected. In addition, there was hair on the floor next to Anna which could've been hers, but to make sure we were correct, we looked at hair strands of everyone she was around within the last 24 hours.
