Plus what would I do if I was Wilma would I stop or keep going would I sit there being sad or keep practicing till I was better hum and what if you got pollo write know how would you feel. I would probably give up just be crippled forever and would never walk again I would just sit there.

I am inferring that she has a hard time with being sick, because she has 19 older siblings.
Me to,  Mr. Herring how many African Americans died from being poor and not enough money to get health care.  I wonder how much money Wilma’s mother had for all of the children she had!
I think Wilma is smart, and really strong because even though she had one paralyzed leg she still hopped around on the other leg.  Mr. Herring:  I think she could have because she was very strong when her leg was paralyzed, I mean she was hopping…..on one foot!   Also it must be hard being crippled, because you can't walk.
