         <description><![CDATA[<div>Cell phone violation occurs when the cell phone becomes a disruption to the teaching environment (i.e. it affects more than the student with the phone).&nbsp;</div><ul><li>Teacher and students seek solutions instead of fighting students for their phones during class time.</li><li>After attempts are made to resolve the issue with the student, the teacher will reach out to the parents or guardian.&nbsp;</li><li>If cell phone continues to be a distraction, teacher will seek support from the administration.&nbsp;</li></ul>]]></description>
