My advice for your anxiety is maybe you should try to train your self convidence first , and after that you can try to talk with several people and stop thinking that people will hate you.

Maybe you should try to control the portion. If you want to eat tongseng, you have to eat it in small portions. If you've finished eating, don't look at the tongseng again.

I think you should control yourself. I know that tongseng is delicious, but healthy is the most important thing. Maybe you can adjust the portion of tongseng, like one day you eat half tongseng but you eat it once every 2 days, so you can still eat tongseng without worrying about your high blood pressure.
