         <description><![CDATA[<div>My school does have an advisory program, in which advisors meet with their advisory class (usually by grade) every morning for a 10 min check-in and once a week for an hour 'lesson'. This resource would be valuable as it has created units connected to the SEL competencies based on MYP level. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a great resource and I especially liked the practice of giving the students 'free periods" during which they can do as they please. We currently have study blocks which the students sometimes use as free periods, when they really can manage to do any work, need to talk or decompress, but I feel it would make a difference to them if we acknowledged their need for down time by making some of the designated study time 'free', so that they don't have to feel guilty when they don't study:)</div>]]></description>
