         <description><![CDATA[<div>Depending on how PBIS is implemented, you could impact each dimension. What is your focus? School-wide? Classroom Contingencies? PBIS events that are earned and can be posted to social media? All of this brings staff and students together and the focus is on positivity and progress.<br>-Rules and expectations are clearly communicated from staff and administration<br>-Can earn points from positive behavior and following expectations. (limits negative behavior for a more clean and safe physical and emotional environment).<br>-Encouraging support and supporting interpersonal relationships and respect<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
