In my opinion it is true in most of the plaza jobs and businesses. Women can be paid less due to their chances of geting pregnant in the following years.
Thats why they have to work harder and for less then most men in order to achieve their goals or to stick around in the market.

Women are expected to be similar to men when it comes to working or being useful to society but everyone forgets that most women are also responsible of domestic duties, especially related to children, even if she has a career.
This leads to the difference between equality and justice. To give you an idea, salaries would be a good example. On average, women are paid 24% less than men for comparable work, across all regions and sectors. Giving a raise to women's salary would solve the problem and that would be justice. Giving a raise to both men and women's salaries wouldn't mean anything, it would be equal but wouldn't solve the problem.

the provided picture depicts the differences between the two genders.  it is possible to state that in our society, men are expected to be business men, earn money, provide for their family, by all means, this also is not easy. however, while men are out there, it is women who are expected to clean after them, make their meals, do their laundry. it is women who are supposed to stay home whereas their husbands are relaxing at their 'work places' and earning money for it when their wives are preparing their house and themselves to look better for them, to be worthy to them.

Well, we all know what message it tries to give and it could be true if we were in 90s. But guess what? we are not. Welcome to 21th century. We still have some examples like this but the non-men-works-women-cooks-only side is more dominant than men-works-women-cooks-only side. So special examples of this family type left and so if we are going to do a generalisation of families, most of them are not like this now.

But wait a second before calling me a sexist. I know this family type is not true, i know this is not fair, i know women like this are living a bad life but im tired of seeing this thing in internet. its nothing more than a sh*ty follower-grinding tool. If we want ALL of this situations to be over we have to do much better things than this. This can't solve nothing. It can just increase your follower number. Or their.
