Time of trouble happened: 10:30 AM, April 14, 2025

Location: Electrical Room – Workshop B

3. Trouble/Incident/Accident Description:

Conveyor suddenly stopped, burning smell from control panel. Contactor was burnt.

4. Causes:

Overload due to continuous operation and poor ventilation caused overheating.

5. Action/Trouble solving:

Replaced contactor, added cooling fans. System returned to normal.

6. Recommendation/Remark:

Maintain equipment every 2 weeks, improve ventilation, train staff to detect issues early.

We will replace the cable network and connect to the Internet from August 10 to August 14. The budget will be $5,000. We will need 5 technicians. On August 10, we will install new computers. On August 11, we will connect cables. On August 12, we will install modems and wifi routers. On August 13, we will activate the network. On August 14, we will test the system and write the report. Short Report about the Master Schedule

This project will start with contract signing in early June. Planning works will begin in mid-June and last until early July. The civil work and basic design will start at the same time. Equipment supply and installation will begin in late July. Mechanical and electrical installations will take place throughout August.
