Also another different religion besides Islam is Christianity, and Christians in Syria are kind of in a bit of trouble because they have a possibility that where if they don't move their belief to Islam, they will be killed. Some of the percentage of religion are 87% Islam, 10% Christianity and 3% Druzism and other religions are Alawis, Jews and Yazidis.

Syrian's taste for the traditional arts is expressed in dances. And there is Islamic art and architecture, works of art and architecture created in countries where Islam has been dominant and embodying Muslim in it's themes. The Muslims derived their unique style from synthesizing the arts of Byzantines, the Copts, the Bomans and the Sassanids. A big strength to Islamic art lies in it's ability to synthesize native designs elements with impported ones. An impotant factor in Islamic art is abtract decoration of the surface. Islamic art eschews the relistic representation of human beings and animals. Syria and Iraq manufacture black-and-turquoise pottery.

Aramic is only spoken in some Christian villages up in the south and Armenians are in the north of Syria.
