Helping Jews

Jews started coming up to the Ten Boom's door and she would send them to Kit and Willem's house for them to help the Jews hide/find a safe home

Corrie decides to help the Jews

She was seeing how many Jews were in need of a place to hide from the Nazi soldier's so they build a hiding spot in one of the bedroom's and added a false wall for the Jew's to hide in and their house quickly became a hotspot and so many Jews came to her house. They provided food for them. Corrie had gotten 100 food cards for how many Jews she wanted to help.

Nollie arrested

On August 14,1943 Nollie got arrested for the jews in her house and ended up going to a concentration camp for four weeks and the jews she had in her house they ended up finding another spot to hide

Soldiers break into the ten boom watch shop

The Soldiers had raided the beje at 5pm and they kicked in their door to check for Jews and 2 of the Jews managed to make it to the hiding place and some of them did not and so Willem, Casper ( her father), Betsie, Nollie were all taken to the concentration camp named Haarlem

The 6 family members move to the next concentration camp

All of the Family is moved to the next concentration camp called Scheveningen and she gets diagnosed with pre-stages of tuberculosis which got her into a solitary confinement room so that she would not hurt others. Corrie always had to stay silent in the solitary confinement cells

Death

Casper Ten Boom her father dies at the age of 84 in the first concentration camp that they went to from Spinal Tuberculosis

Corrie found Betsie

Corrie had found found her sister Betsie while they were leaving the first concentration camp because they were moving camps and they were shoved into a box car for transport and was in there for three days and three nights and most of the food and water rations would have been finished off before it got to the back of the boxcar which was there they were sitting because they were all crammed into the car. They were so relieved to get off the train and be able to get the food and water.

Corrie and Betsie never left each other

Corrie and Betsie not long after they were transported to the third concentration camp they slept on the concrete outside when it was pouring rain and because of those conditions Betsie ended up dying shortly after they arrived at the camp and she died at the age of 59 at Ravensbruck

Corrie got to leave the concentration camps not long after betsie had died and it took forever for her to leave the concentration camp and finally get home to Nollie who had only spent 4 weeks in a concentration camp
