Wiesel delivered this speech on 12 April 1999 at White House, Washington, D.C. He was speaking to Mr. President, Mrs. Clinton, members of congress, Ambassador Holbrooke, Excellencies and friends. The part which Elie Wiesel was explaining the indifference meaning. He talked about that the life or Jewish during that period. Many children were in starvation and homeless. He confirmed that indifference is the friend of the enemy and benefits to the aggressor. He thought that it was inhumanity and more dangerous that felt angry and hatred. He influenced the audience that don't be indifference when you see some people are in difficulties, try to help them without just watch it out of the situation. I feel that we need to avoid the war because it is crucial and violence. He asked lots of question to lead the audience to image about the events during that period.

Elie Wiesel and his father and other Jewish had been sent to the concentration camp named Auschiwz. The strongest people needed to do the hardest work in creamateria. They had been told to tore out their hair and dieinfection with hot shower. The German in there always mistreat the Jewish and let them stood in the mut without any rest. If there are one person sat down or move, other people were in trouble. They must beared in mind that this is the concentration camp, not their convalescent home. Furthermore, you must get into the work in the concentration camp, if you refuse to do it, you will be sent to chimney. The passagers that Elie Wiesel had mentioned are Kapo, Gypsy, his father, Sonder-Kommando, Bella Katz, Yehiel, inmate. He was talking the truth of the happened during that time. I fell that the Germans are very crucial and rude to the Jewish people in the concentration camp, there was no human right and authority for Jewish.
