Today was a quiet and peaceful day for me.

We went to the sea, ate local, and went for a swim in the sea.

It feels good to get some air and enjoy the sea.

Aujourd'hui nous avons passé une journée de pleine conscience proches des éléments naturels autour de nous: eau, air, odeur, oiseaux, plantes...cela m'a permis de me reconnecter et de m'aider à me déstresser. Nous avons partagé un bon repas qui m'a semblé créer une atmosphère de confiance et d'harmonie.

Aujourd'hui j'ai apprécié aller au marché de Sainte Anne, et aller à la plage du bois jolant où se tenait un mariage. j'ai réfléchi à cette semaine de stage , qui a été d'une très grande richesse. Je suis arrivée avec pleins de soucis plein la tête et une grande fatigue psychologique (grey mind). Cette semaine j'ai appris à mettre les soucis du quotidien de côté et à penser au moment présent. Je me suis recentrée sur moi-même. Je repars avec un "blue mind" , merci à Rita et merci à tout ce groupe (Brigitte, Pierre-Yvan, Françoise, Cathy, Véronique, Mamadou, Marie-Catherine, Lucas, et mon super waze) avec lequel j'ai passé un séjour magnifique. 10 fois merci 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Je me suis réveillé avec le bruit des oiseaux ce qui m’a mis de bonne humeur dès le matin.
J’ai pu faire rencontrer des nouvelles personnes ce qui m’a satisfait et ce qui m’a permis de m’ouvrir davantage aux autres.
Une journée pleine de zenitude et d’ondes positives. LG

Today we headed south and I'm grateful to Pierre Yvan and Françoise for driving and accompanying me.

First, we stopped at the market in Pointe-à-Pitre, I was very grateful to an old lady selling typical products and she expressed her gratitude in return in a very touching way when I bought her products. The market was si colorful and full of wonderful smells that it was a real pleasure looking for présents for my dear family and friends.

I felt grateful too when we arrived at the Papa Royou distillery, which was only supposed to offer a rum tasting, and the man who worked there took the time to show us around the distillery. It wasn't much, but it put a smile on my face and made me feel good. We ended the day at the wonderful Bois Jolan beach with a final swim. What a lovely moment I had observing the gorgeous landscape from the sea, my senses and my heart fullfilled.

J'ai passé toute la journée à prendre conscience de toutes ces choses simples qui font le bonheur.

Un réveil sans alarme, une balade au marché de Sainte anne et échanger avec les locaux, un repas à la plage de bois jolan entouré d'un heureux événement (mariage). Sans oublier une baignade bercé par le son et le mouvement de la mer.

Une journée positive, sans stress en profitant du moment présent.

Heureuse, quelle chance.

Aujourd'hui tous mes sens étaient en éveil, l'odorat, la vue,le goût. Le marché de Pointe à Pitre avec ses mille couleurs et senteurs ,les chants traditionnels, la distillerie de Papa Rouyo m'ont transportée .

Filled with journeys to lands that for me were only visible on external images... are now part of me.

The smell of the spices at the market in Pointe à Pitre, the towns I've visited. The taste of the food, the rum... the colours of this butterfly island... the encounters always so beautiful and diverse... in short a very beautiful day. What was less pleasant was cooking in the car, which is hardly unpleasant;)
