Skills needed to be a Technician is to know how to be able to work with computers and other tech. Another thing is that you have to know what is the problem that is happening to the piece of tech by just looking at it like if it is crashing or has a virus. The responsibilities of a Technician is to fix tech that is having problems like when it said in the Mouse Squad video on how the Technician would have to fix all of the tech like the computer that was offline.
