Tess is a very smart girl and has developed confidence in counting. She enjoys reciting number rhymes and counting along with songs. She recognises a variety of shapes and can describe some of their features. Tess is confident in counting sides and identifying 3D shapes by name. She can identify numbers randomly, write them neatly, and recall numbers previously learned. She counts forwards to 100 and backwards from 30, as well as from any given number, such as 5 or 10.
