Plan ahead to a free day and pick up a new sport or try an instrument!<br>-Make a list of things that you want to try and put them in a jar, then when you have nothing to do, go in the jar and draw out one of the ideas.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Get help when you need it:<br>- </strong>Whenever you are stressed out, talk to someone you trust and ask for help. When you don't understand a topic in school, ask the teacher for help.<br>-Getting help when you need it is beneficial because it will help you learn to advocate for yourself. If you need help in school, you can ask the teacher for help. If you are stressed out or sad, you can ask your counselor or social worker for help and guidance.  <br>-A common thing that may get in the way of ask for help is being afraid to ask. You never need to be afraid to ask for help from a teacher or social worker, it is their job to help you. </div>]]></description>
