Now you do not have to because you can now make play doh anywhere. All you need is a few simple ingredients. 
What you'll need:
-Mixing bowls
-Measuring cups
-mixing tools
Ingredients:
-1 cup of conditioner 
-3-7 drops of food coloring 
-2 cups of cornstarch 

Instructions.
1. in a measuring cup measure out 1 cup of the conditioner of choice. (most prefer one that smells good) 
2.  In a mixing bowl add 2 cups of cornstarch 
3. Then combine ingredients together and feel free to add as much food coloring till you reach the color that is desired. 
4. once all ingredients are combined mix them till a play doh texture is reached. 
5. seal in zip lock bag or a jar that can keep play doh from drying out. 
6. HAVE FUN
